The products are available direct to consumer online and through hundreds of retailers who can buy through SCOUT’s online B2B storefront.
The fashion and lifestyle bags, bins, insulated totes, and travel accessories of SCOUT are currently sold in over 1,700 independent retail stores nationwide. To meet expected growth, they needed a more stable and scalable eCommerce platform, one that could meet the needs of their B2C and B2B channels. Blue Acorn looked at the site’s analytics, conducted a mini-usability study with live users, and performed cross-browser testing all the way down to the code level. Every aspect of the shopping funnel was evaluated, graded, and presented to the SCOUT team with our recommendations before we began design.
SCOUT’s approved resellers can log into their own custom homepage that includes YTD sales, account manager’s information, invoice dates, and tracking details for shipments. Plus, SCOUT now has custom segments within their resellers, in order to best tailor their experience on the site.
